I went to my consultation & smile visit with Nancy & Temeko in the Norfolk Virginia office Kempsville Rd, and although I thought I would be nervous, I wasn’t at all Nancy gave me everything I needed on day 1 I left with knowledge and the financial part done, she was very kind and answered any questions I may have had, she emailed me like she said and is very responsive to answering the email. My smile visit was with Temeko she conversed with me the whole way telling me everything she was doing or going to do. She has an empathy for the patient she is taking care of. She made the next step of my journey which is the surgery easy for me because she gave so much information and advice. Thank you Nancy & Temeko, the Dr was also very informative and nice my surgeon wasn’t there but it was a great meeting. Teresa P. This will be a long Journey, but the team at clear choice I feel very comfortable with. 1 month update the bottom implant does not bother me but the top denture is annoying its big my lip looks swollen and I can’t eat anything until I’m off work so I can take it out. The worst part is it’s to big I have no choice but to use adhesive which is hard to get out of my mouth. If I don’t use it the denture will fall out. So far not a very good experience I don’t feel normal at all.

I recently received my final set of dental implants. I needed new teeth after losing a majority of my own and dentures just weren't working for me. I went to ClearChoice for a consultation and was impressed with what they had to say. Ultimately I am very pleased with my new set of teeth and the service I received. Dr Mehta and his staff (Haylei, Gabby and Meko) were extremely nice and supportive. And they genuinely were concerned with how I was doing during the entire process. They answered any questions and discussed what changes I had in mind. Their coordinator (Kaylee) was also very pleasant and did what she could to accommodate my scheduling needs. If your situation is similar to mine, I highly recommend you visit them to see what they can do for you. I cannot express what a delight it is to be able to chew and enjoy food again, it has even helped with losing some unwanted pounds.

Front Desk/Reception, Kelsey tells you when you arrive there are more forms to complete when some new patients who completed forms prior online have gotten a message stating All Forms Completed. This was echoed by many Patients checking in. Kelsey with a half smile says...oh, they will just keep sending them to you until they are all completed, clearly knowing these overwhelming amount of forms could be a turn off. Beyond the doors, there is another desk. This individual could be a little more friendly when she is asked questions. On to the highlights. Nancy presents a well detailed and thorough overview of the process. Her personality is very warm and welcoming. Meko is Awesome. She is very patient and helps you feel at ease. Here is where you receive a patient pack of information. I would strongly suggest you read it in complete immediately. The directions and suggestions provided assured my procedure went extremely smooth. I even elected to do local vs. sedation and everything was great. Dr. Clark is a skilled surgeon. He is very gentle and often checks on how you are doing. His before and after procedure texts/emails were appreciated. The assistants who work along with him are friendly and attentive. The Lab Team works very swiftly and efficiently to have your dentures complete while you are in recovery. Recovery Area offers individual private rooms with a large TV and relaxing chairs for you and your Support Person. Finally, Dr. Mehta examines and assures the fit of your new dentures. There is several months of healing before final impressions, then final delivery. This was the time and right decision for me. If it's in your budget, I would highly recommend you make the investment.
