Absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish! ClearChoice Dental Implants exceeded every expectation I had. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm, genuine smile from the receptionist, setting the tone for what turned out to be an outstanding experience. Every single employee (I hate to miss any names) I encountered was not only professional, but truly compassionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated to making me feel comfortable and cared for. The team worked seamlessly together, ensuring I understood every step of the process. The financial specialist was incredibly helpful and patient, walking me through all my options and making what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and manageable. It’s rare to find such a consistently exceptional level of service across an entire staff, but ClearChoice delivers just that. Dr. Hsieh is not only incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, but also kind, patient, and genuinely caring. She took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process and made me feel completely confident in the care I was receiving. This team is a shining example of excellence in both dental care and customer service. I’m so thankful to have found ClearChoice, and I highly recommend them to anyone considering dental implants. I want to provide a little background before my review. I had a few bad dental experiences in the past 5 years thay cost me close to $8,000. They never cared is what it felt like. Also, no one cared about my severe dental anxiety. I could tell I was annoying to my dentist. So, when he did an improper root canal on my front tooth, He didnt clear the cavity out and it became infected then cracked. I limped into a few consultations for implants thinking how will I ever be able to do this, financially and pain wise. I found Clearchoice. Sandy was my first point of contact. She is the main reason outside of the doctors credentials that I chose them to do my implants. She even to this day let's me text with questions to her personal phone and answers them. She's been a blessing. Moving to Dr. Pisano and Dr. Hsieh. I only met Dr.Pisano once but he did an amazing job with the oral surgery. Dr. Hsieh saw me a few times prior and was there on surgery day also. She has been so amazing as well. Always so sweet and caring. The talent they possess is unmatched! My teeth look real and two weeks after surgery I am healing perfectly. The entire team at Clearchoice has changed my life for the better. From the front desk lady, I believe Vivian to the hygienist Laken they have all been so great. I do run into issues in the future, I know I'll be in good hands. The payment is a lot and I realize some cannot do it. But, if you can please do. Cut things out to offset the cost. Whatever you have to do. Just by quitting smoking, i am able to make the payment easily. The healing was not bad. I had no pain at all just discomfort and swelling. The best decision I've ever made. ❤️

This was, hands down, the best experience I have ever had in a dental office. Just thinking about the dentist gives me anxiety so I was definitely nervous going into this consultation to the point that almost changed my mind and canceled. I’m so glad I didn’t. Everyone there, from the front desk to the assistant Bailey and my Prosthodontist, Dr. Hsieh, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and help ease my anxiety. They were incredible! There isn’t one negative thing I can say and I can’t wait to go back for my new teeth. My journey to a new smile officially ended last Tuesday when I received my final set of teeth! I cannot even begin to describe how life changing this process has been, and how happy I am with my new smile. If you’re considering implants or maybe on the fence about them, all I can say is DO IT and take the leap with Clear Choice and Dr. Hsieh. From beginning to end Dr. Hsieh and the entire staff of Clear Choice were an absolute dream team of professionals committed to helping change people’s lives like mine. A million thank you’s would not be enough to express how grateful and happy I am! I feel like a whole new person and my only regret is that I didn’t do this sooner.
