I discussed these points with the tech who provided services. The purpose of the visit was to obtain a final mold. She began work right away without bothering to tell me the steps and process. I should have been provided a 1-minute brief on that to have an idea of what to expect. During the process she continually reached across my face to a tool tray, retrieving tools and passing them over my face. I had a mouth full of gauze and mold forms thus was unable to speak. Later I suggested she provide the patient with safety glasses to avoid accidents with the tools.

I was visiting my parents relatively soon after my procedure of getting 2 full arch implants and I was in pain. I had already gone back to the Nashville clinic once to get them adjusted because they were way too big for my small mouth. They made a slight adjustment because they could see all the dying flesh and increased swelling after a week and they said they would not be able to make any further adjustments until February. 2 weeks out from the procedure both the top and bottom healing teeth were causing extreme pain to even talk or swallow. I called the colorado springs clinic and even though clear choice clinics are franchises and they really didn't need to see me but they got me in the very next morning. All the staff from receptionist to techs to Dr. Hunt were so nice and efficient and fast. My pain went from a 10 to a 2. I wish they were my clinic. I would strongly recommend clear choice of colorado springs to anyone looking to get implants.
